I actually received the "Bad Omen", "Kill the Beast!" and the "Buy Low, Sell High" achievement, but I have yet to receive the "We Are Being Attacked" achievement even though I have now trigger multiple raids on multiple villages.

I am experiencing the same issue. I was wondering why I couldn't get unbreaking III from books and saw so many feather fall IV. It is still happening in 1.10 as well.
