I have this problem also, the point of view points up and to the left by default, the triggers act like the x and y axis of the right stick, meaning that if I pull the triggers, the camera angle drops or turns right. Here is what I am using:

I have a nexus 5x phone running Android Nougat Beta.
Minecraft Pocket Edition v0.15.4
Xbox 360 wireless controller with wireless adapter and usb type C OTG cable.

Im sorry, I figured out how to do this after I reported this, sorry for the trouble 😞

ps, if any 1 has had this same problem, this is how to fix it, just don't put the parenthesis after Command: ex.
