I had this problem too, I managed to make it a little better by doing the following

1. Right-click the Minecraft launcher

2. Click "Properties"

3. Open the "Compatibility" tab

4. Tick "Run this program as an administrator"

5. Tick "Override high DPI scaling behaviour", and in the dropdown menu below it, set it to "Application"

6. Click "Apply" and close the window
