I'm having the same issue for the last 4 days on both my son's ipads. The link to the dupe added above does not address this exact issue, and remains unresolved. i have done a ton or searching and cannot figure out how to fix this. i saw one thread that referenced going into the ios files, but my kids have ipad 1s with ios 9.3.5–files is not an option until ios 11. my kids are crushed–please help.
