I feel that, although similar, MC-89119 is different enough to not be a duplication? MC-59509 is about duplicating detector rails only, which are on top of a slime block and duplicates only when activated by a minecart being on the detector rail. Whereas, MC-89119 is duplicating any rail (no minecarts involved) and has much more specific and less variable setup/recreation.
