Same problem here, thought iPad OS was corrupt - so we tried Restoring iPad (from iTunes on an iMac) to defaults - and reinstalled Minecraft PE from App store to no avail.
iPad: MD510LL/A (iPad 16GB 4th Gen Wifi Only) iOS: 10.3.3 (14G60) Minecraft Version: 1.13 (Updated October 29, 2019) Symptoms: After Launching Minecraft from tapping - Mojang logo appears - then White blank Screen shows up for approximately 1 min till crashes to iPad Home (application icons)
