As a contribution to the matter, there's a line in the options file for minecraft that can control the vibration, specifically when you're using a controller, yet there's no visible setting in game to edit this. I say as a temporary solution til vibration with controllers is figured out, to just turn the value from 1 to zero in the options file. Android 12 S21+ has lost the ability to edit files this way, plus most ppl can't be bothered digging in their phones files, so if the devs could flip that little switch, our problem will be solved. Could be wrong be wouldn't hurt to give it a shot(: @Michael Bischoff also refers to the same thing I'm mentioning.
Edit: Seems as though that's already been changed as a recent update, before it was set to 1 but now I see it's 0. What a mess lol
