Thats because doing that repeats a process over and over, slowing other processes. This is not a bug, just a computer flaw.

@@unknown the sounds do not at all play in the center. This is not intended because I mainly play Java Edition and the sounds are normal, also this only started happening with version 1.16.0. If it was intended. it would be in the settings as a feature under accessibility.
