This one is different,our issue is offline without use of XBOX Live Accounts, Were playing offline,so we dont have to use too much internet,the Local Area Network Games is our issue,if i open my hotspot before many friends nearby can join,now the LAN Multiplayer option is always off unless connected to WIFI
