How to reproduce:
1) Use an iPod touch Gen4 running iOS 6.1.6.
2) Launch Minecraft PE and go to options
3) Tap skins and tap Custom
4) Find a skin such as https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3cmOuzSKnG-ZDNPaDdCMzRVOFE/view.
5) Accept the preview
6) Weep as it says it isn't a skin.
Please fix.

This happens to me on the ItsJerryAndHarry server
I was able to reproduce this in 14w11b.
I cannot do that as I deleted the world.
I attempted to reproduce and I could place blocks like normal.

What have you been doing during that 3 minutes. Is your Minecraft "vanilla".
Try watching SethBling and then make the items in-game.
They don't know you're there.
Plus when I viewed it, it was for 14w10c, not 14w11b.
Though it did say in the Dev Console "Changing render distance from 16 to 10"
