Has something changed?
now when opening the game instead of it freezing and never moving from the welcome page it closes itself down.
Not so sure, its not loading still..
So it’s been down for over 12hrs without any notice publicly to the user community. It’s not a great experience so far, how long will we be without this service we are paying a subscription for?
Any news of the eta for resolution?

I don't agree that this is a bug, its not working so clear someone changed something or somethings broken.
So as this is affecting the vast majority of the iOS community what’s the eta on the fix?
if you were an IT company it would classed as an incident and due to impact I would say it’s a P1 incident.

My kids can play on their switch and use their Microsoft accounts to get to our realm.
Game isn't loading, its not getting past the white loading screen.
I'm a normal user so some instructions on how to get logs would be good customer service

They seem to be brushing this under the carpet and nothing as gone out to the user base, my bug got closed as invaild because I selected the wrong platform!
Seriously! I report one of your platforms is down and you close the ticket because I put the wrong platform, update the ticket yourself thats what good customer service is!!!
