We had this happen to a tamed parrot in a 1.21.11 world with a overworld portal at 10, 82, -1480 (give or take a few blocks but positive x, negative z). We eventually found the parrot using MCA Selector and in chunks we’ve never been near before so had to mine over 1000 blocks to it.
