Same thing – both on iOS13.3 on iPad and on iPhone. Seems to work OK until logging in. Tried to restart several times, deleted XBLStoage.json and restarted, deleted only the app and reinstalled, deleted both app and data and reinstalled, changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 as was previously suggested about 3 weeks ago in another ticket (and seemed to work for some folks). Nothing is working.
Only way the app seems to work is when not logged in, although I didn't do much beyond toggle between a few screens and set some settings while not logged in. But once logged in, the app completely freezes and then rarely can you get past the loading screen without a freeze.
