Even when I play without OptiFine, the game still does this glitch. OptiFine hasn't caused any problems.
The FPS shows 0/0 frames in that screenshot, and it never goes above 0/0 frames.
I'm not sure if other players experience this type of glitch or if it is my PC, but the menu of Minecraft works fine until you join a single player world or join a server.
