can confirm (tested this in a new world 4677207 that is the highest y-coordinate I managed to get after letting the motion go the initial start y-coordinates were 71 and the motion (you can get thata with /data get entity @s Motion)

the motion peeked at 91671 (first result) and then it slowed down exponentially
