Opened game today and same effect did not happen in any open worlds. I cannot replicate it anymore, but it seems to no longer be occurring.
This is happening to me as well, very unfair when we have spent lots of money on skins, Mojang do not seem to be bothered, have been ignored multiple times, there doesn't seem to be any update on this ticket either!
