Affects 1.8 as well.

For what might have caused it, it could have been either:

  • the game crashing whilst in a nether fortress right as I was about to pick up some blaze rods

  • the game crashing when I had my mouse over the arrow in the fletching tables recipe

  • or graphics card driver updating while the game is open

As for any addons, I didn't have any

I suppose to reproduce it you'd have to try and crash the game in the nether? I'm not sure. But restarting my computer seemed fo fix the problem

It still affects Windows 10 edition as of 1.6.0. It also seems to affect Bedrock Edition on the Nintendo Switch.
