I can confirm this issue occurs on Windows 11 23H2 running 1.21.3 BDS with client-side-chunk-generation-enabled=true.

I also experienced that after immediately loading into the Nether, the portal, all other structures, and excavating is reverted to the original Nether landscape. After 30-60 seconds, the Nether loads with the structures and excavating, and you "teleport"/snap to the portal.

Below is a link to a video showing the lag described above.

Hello,

I too am experiencing the same issue in Vanilla 1.19.51. I run a home Bedrock server (Windows OS, on LAN) and since the update to 1.19.51, the server has been very laggy during battle, with significant delays in teleporting between dimensions. When Jumping into an end portal, users stand on top of the black portal "surface" for 30 seconds to a few minutes. Other users already in the other dimension see the user appear in that dimension. In several instances, the server crashed with 4 people connected to the game and 1 person going through a portal to the End. This occurred 4 times in a 2-hour playing session.

Once when this occurred, one user (me) that had a saved spawn point in a bed that was still available, respawned at the original game spawn point.

No changes to the server properties or underlying system for several months aside from regular Windows 11 OS Updates. Prior to 1.19.51, the server was running well.

Thank you!
