I just bought this game today with the intention of playing with friends. However, they can't join my worlds and I can't join their's. I have researched this issue on the web and found that this has been a common occurrence since a December 2019 update? This issue is heartbreaking as this is the only reason I bought the game. Is there a solution out there that I haven't found? Or is there a way for me to get a refund on the game?

I also had this issue on PS4! It had a "shortcut login" with passcode. And I was able to get the passcode to work and logged in in my laptop, but on my ps4 it was still stuck in the loop.
