Yes, that's exactly what I see when starting my launcher.
Hum, not really, this stage arrives before the launcher finishes to start : I got my promblem after the full launcher loading. I join an attachement, where you can see what happens. The red part is hidden by the windows and I can see only the upper part of it.
Sorry, I can't do it right now, I'll join a screenshot and report the result when I'll have an access on this computer.
