And figured something out: I have an MacBook together with a normal wireless mouse and I have the exact same problem, when I am scrolling while pressing shift. Since 1.12 I think, I need also to max out the scroll sensitivity to have the same scrolling speed as in the old days. But if I use the trackpad while pressing shift, everything works fine, except from the scrolling speed, there it goes extremely fast. One thing that is the same is the bug that you can't attack while you are pressing ctrl (strg).
