We are experiencing this as well. We had our world hosted on a Realm and it was lagging horribly for everyone all the time, does not appear to be player event driven for us. We thought it was network lag because it was effecting everybody so we downloaded the realm and tried playing locally. For the network players they experience laggy response but for the host it is complete UI freezes and extremely high CPU utilization. It appears to be periodically triggered as it will spike for awhile then clear up then start again. There are about 7 threads starting from ucrtbase.dll!o__realloc_base+0x20 that take up all available CPU when the hanging starts. I have an 8 core CPU and it's taking over all 8 cores. I've removed all resource packs and it hasn't had any impact.

This issue effects my Droid Razr Maxx and an LG G3 on the new 0.11.1 release. This is a major problem for our worlds as we use lots of ladders and no one will play multiplayer anymore because it is a constant death issue for everyone, I'm surprised this wasn't resolved before release as it's a major game play issue for multiplayers.
I have three XBox One's with two of them effected by this issue. All running 1.2.2 as of this morning.
The First XBox One: my Gold account is the shared gold account, I am the owner of the Realm, and I am able to function normally, however all of my other friends and child accounts on this xbox cannot connect to Realms, Servers, or purchase even free content from the Minecraft Store. I have tried the above mentioned solution of removing an account, hard resetting, and unplugging and it only the first time had a temporary effect but immediately began having the issue upon disconnecting from the realm.
The Second XBox One S is my secondary XBox and I am able to use my Gold account, connect to Realm, make purchases, etc. with out any issue.
The Third XBox One S belongs to my friend and he has a brand new Gold account only a week old and he is experiencing all the same issues as my other accounts on my first xbox. He cannot connect to realms, servers, or purchase. I added my account to his xbox and was able to function just fine.
The only difference I am aware of is that my Gold account is very old, since the beta of XBox Live, is part of the Xbox One console updates beta, and it was part of the Minecraft Beta. The issue with my first XBox and it's sub users started all of a sudden on or around the turn of the month, but worked fine prior to that.
