Oh ok my bad, I was trying to show that I had the issue in all snapshots.
Sort of, it seems fairly similar but idk if it was created the same way as my version.
I have this issue too, and here are some screenshots. Also @[Mojang] Felix Jones it does appear to be the same bug, as I tried flying under the ground in spectator and saw the same thing. I also experienced the Z-fighting, and have screenshots of that on my duplicate bug report MC-227151
