It did happen to me but alot of blocks were affected

Mine was alot worse..

Its the repeater locking mechanism.

Nope, It is a texture mapping error. It does happen alot to me though.

That also happens with me... It is when the texture mapping messes up.

 

I play on Xbox One and The Studder Also Happens With Me. But All I Would Have To Do Is Save and Quit and then Log Back On and that solves that.
