I believe this is also happening to me. I purchased the game on Wednesday via the e-shop. It was working fine on Wednesday and Thursday, but today on Friday I cannot open the game at all.
Now when I try to load a world, or even create a new world, it comes up saying "The software was closed because an error occurred". I am incredibly frustrated by this as it's a new game 😞
