Having the same issue. I have a microsoft account connected to minecraft on my nintendo switch. I am trying to sign in on PS4 but it says that the PSN is already connected to a different microsoft account. I have purchases on my nintendo switch and saved worlds that I can't access on my PS4. Very upsetting, I basically lost money buying the PS4 version.
