Don't know if this helps but i have a Surface Book 2 that I'm playing on and Minecraft's camera and controls lagged behind when using Mouse, Controller, and Touch screen. All of these work fine on my desktop and on the stable version.

I am also having this problem in the beta build. Minecraft's movements seem to lag far behind my mouse even in Menus since i updated to the lastest beta
