I've been getting issues like this a lot too... my bro and i sometimes use custom png skins and we'll just swap them whenevr we got close. When im playing in multiplayer servers as well as, for some reason, I'll just swap skins with a random person and sometimes with multiple people (i'll see many me's running around). At first, I thought it was just me who could see this bug but some of them told me they could see it on their end as well...it doesn't even need to be a custom png skin, ive swapped skins with people who bought theirs from the store.
