In testing on my single player world, I was able to get item entities dropping after disabling all datapacks. once items were dropping I re-enabled all datapacks and items were continuing to drop.. I'm using some custom recipes, and some datapacks provided on vanillatweaks.net
disabling and enabling 'vanilla' did nothing,
/reload did nothing.
for me disabling double shulker shells did not work. I also had to disable 'dragon drops elytra', however, reenabling both things runs fine until closing the single player world and reopening.
