I first encountered this bug when tuning noteblocks. I use an auto-clicker to tune them to the exact note I need and found this bug incredibly annoying when it first presented itself.
I also recreated this effect with a janky VR Headset setup by setting it up basically as an ultrawide monitor to play which used to work before 1.21.120 but has since completely messed up my calibration settings.
To fix all of these issues I had to install another 3rd party app to center my cursor without effecting the game whenever I pressed a hotkey or any menu buttons in game such as for the inventory or chat.
I sincerely hope Mojang doesn’t ignore this bug since the band-aid solution is a complete joke that makes using a lot of 3rd party software within the game almost impossible to use if they include a mouse input.
