I fixed the issue by going back 5 days to one of my backup worlds that was not affected by 16.1.100 or 16.1.200 and the world on the Realm is working properly.

I too am CompTIA Ceritified and a Comp Engineer.
It is a poor reflection on Mojang that most of the issues that get "RESOLVED" are done so by non-Mojang staff! Most of these "ISSUES" ARE RESOLVED by work arounds and suggestions made by knowledgeable and educated people who aren't PAYED by Mojang but instead PAY for Mojang support. Instead of receiving these services, they, as I do, provide these services on top of the fees we pay!
I can only imagine what other customers who do not have a background in computer science must go through because Mojang's help desk process is severely lacking!
