I'm having a very similar issue on bedrock where i returned to spawn with none of my items in my inventory, then I went back to my base to find that several items in my chests were no longer as i had left them previously. This is a private server that I use with a couple friends, hoping this gets resolved because I lost 6 diamonds and several enchanted diamond tools.
