Still happening in 26.2 and in 26.3 Snapshot 3

Only tested sugar cane in 26.3 Snapshot 3. Tested in more detail in 26.2, can confirm it affects fire, cactus and sugar cane blocks (which all use age values 0 through 15). Commands and datapack functions show the age value updating as expected, even while the debug screen info remains the same.

The #minecraft:dyeable item tag has been removed in 26.1 Snapshot 5 (datapack version 98)

Affects 1.21.11 (Pack format 94.1)

Thank you, I thought it best to report it as whilst it was understandable behaviour, I did not feel certain that it was intended. It was not meant to be a feature request, just a report of behaviour that looked suspect.
