The Adventure Time mashup is broken for me too. My experience trying to enable the pack matches the screenshots already attached to this ticket. Some additional information:
I did own this mashup for the Nintendo Switch edition. I'd try others, but this is the only DLC I purchased before moving to the new version.
The store in the new Bedrock version is listing this mashup as being owned by me, and as such is no longer re-purchasable.
I have deleted the Adventure Time mashup, exited the game, logged in with a microsoft account and my nintendo e-shop account, and re-download the pack a couple times.
I did log in to my nintendo account on the old Switch edition before trying to delete and re-download the pack, as suggested in the FAQ.
The pack validation check always tells me no errors were found.
Just for fun, I purchased and downloaded the Tiny Footprints texture pack. This works as expected.
