Yes! The same thing happened to me. I play on a realm with my friends and used to have 10 villagers.(I now only have 1) Their beds are all right next to each other, and when they go to sleep, there is a small chance that one or two of them would just fly off in opposite directions going through the walls. I thought this was only a realms problem, but it looks like your having this problem in a regular world. I hope this gets fixed soon.
