One of my front doors is half brown but a weird brown. As well as some of my oak trap doors turn solid brown but can fix themselves if I open and close them repeatedly. I am also using the plastic texture pack but with the regular texture pack it is black and or gray.

Same here, my oak trap doors turn solid brown. And it's not even the right brown.
