I am having the same problem still, it has not resolved. This is starting to get under my skin. I have an Android and I paid for the game and I can't play it. It's not like a disk game for a console where the CD is scratched so you buy a new CD, I can't download and redowload every time I want to play. I was doing that and now that has stopped working. I just downloaded the game 3 times in a row and the screen opens for a few seconds and then kicks me.
This also just happened to me except I got to keep only my mostly broken armor and map. Everything else in my inventory disappeared immediately after I was killed by an enderman.
