Yeah there seems to be a lot of problems with online features.
Have you tried going to *Settings > Profile* and cleaning up your profile data? Or maybe going to your console's *Settings menu > Storage > Saved data > Minecraft*, then deleting both entries with the Gear icon? {{ }}
