Look at the top. The GUI scale is all the way to the left and says "medium" Hope this helps!
Change GUI scale to Medium. It works 100% of the time. It is wide on Large GUI scale because it is meant for bigger screen PC's
Try disabling it and re-enabling it. If it doesn't work, then disable it. Restart the game and re-enable it. Auto jump works for me perfectly.
It doesn't matter if you close it on the home screen. It matters what screen INSIDE MCPE you are on when you close it. If you see one of those 5 screens when you see the app when sliding it out, that's what you need to worry about. It's hard to explain with text, so this is the best I can to explain it.
Set UI to Pocket UI in video > show advanced settings > UI Profile > Pocket UI. It will be fixed soon, so this is just a temporary solution.
Not for me. I play on Classic UI and it opens the inventory fine. My GUI scale is set to medium, and I have an iPad mini 4 and an ASUS windows 10 computer. I have been using Classic UI since 1.0.0 came out, and it always has been working fine. What device are you using and what is the GUI scale? Try lowering the GUI scale, or make it higher if it is all the way down. I hope this helped!
That is very preventable. It only happens if you close the app in these places
1. On the Mojang Screen
2. The black screen with the controls on It (when it is saving)
3. When building terrain (opening a world)
4. Saving changes for a world, or deleting one
5. Importing or deleting a reasource or behavior pack.
As long as you don't close the app when on either of those screens, your stuff won't be reset and you won't have to worry. It has to do with saves corrupting when you close them while it's working. (Hence why most games say please dont turn off the power when saving or when a little saving logo/icon pops up)
Minecraft on the Apple TV is DEEPLY into beta. A couple bugs or two are expected, but stuff like this is the reason betas are really hard, as the new software is entirely different and the game isn't fully developed for the software. Give it a couple updates, and it should be solved soon.* In the meantime, wait about 5 minutes on the world selection screen. It should EVENTUALLY load. The game should be fine after that, as it is probably loading new hardware into a newly made version.*
