Do you mean Optifine Anthony? I can go to an official release and re-upload the video with that if you need it, it isn't related to that.
This is not a bug, please don't use the bug tracker to ask for this kind of thing, in any case, you can contact Minecraft Support to see if anyone there can help you.
Probably should have checked Optifine bugs first, yeah.
The bug isn't happening anymore, but I did post it here since it did happen before Optifine 1.16 was released when I was playing on my testing world once, but I didn't record it, guess it can be counted as closed now, I should double-check my client before posting anything, thanks anyway.
