There is an ellipsis it's probably supposed to say 'Create New World but probably the text box was too small it was just replaced with ...

I'm pretty it was a cape from Minecon and also the same thing happened to me my orange creeper cape just disappeared. 

I'm on 1.17 btw I just put 1.18 beta and hotfix because there was no any other option.
