This aint really a bug. I think the Create new world and edit world menu is still in the making.

I kind of agree. But, it has been happening since the 0.13.0 update. Plus, the moving buttons and the chat buttons still appear on the screen.

However. It doesnt happen on any other of my worlds. Only the one shown in the picture. But, it moves every time i mine and when an animal is moving.

I have this same issue on my Kindle fire.
