Try deleting the mod packs from each world individually then activate/download each one until you run into a problem. Minecraft gets buggy when you have a bunch of packs downloaded, you don't have to have them active for them to misbehave. I have to delete and reapply the XRay pack each time I want to use it or my phone crashes every time. I just created a texture pack backup folder outside of the minecraft folder.

Something I've noticed is the beta version of Minecraft is not polish enough to run texture packs on a Note 8, I use the same device. If you want to run texture packs and have a smooth experience I recommend getting out of beta. Try using My Files to delete the texture packs from your worlds, there are tutorials on YouTube. After deleting them you can try to activate/download each one individually.
