It was 2020. 07. 22 to get arrows of decay(LV 2) from a Mastered Fletcher. I became so delightful to get a not acquirable item with a potion+arrow recipe, in survival mode. But, when I shoot it to my friend, iron golem, and even undead mobs and cattle, it didn't work. At first, I thought it was just invisible to my eye because of the flame effect on my bow, so I instantly made a normal bow without any enchantments and made a second attempt. But the result was the same. They didn't take any damage through a potioned-arrow, and no visible particle has surrounded. Possibly something is wrong on it.
