Same issue. I start the launcher with my morning coffee, and realms reports :
Invalid Session Please try restarting minecraft
Same error with and without Optifine Logged into and out of the launcher, no difference
Tried downloading the Windows 10 free copy of Minecraft extended to Java players, but the Microsoft website download link is broken and getting help from Microsoft is impossible. So,,,
