Can confirm for 1.16.1
First, are you using a crack? If so, you can't join servers that have some form of Anti-Cheat plugin, have online-mode enabled, or other plugin that requires a fresh autenthication.
Do you have mods? Some mods are disallowed on some servers. Try using the vanilla versions and also read the server's version compatibility.
Then, try to re-login in the Minecraft launcher, or even re-install it (re-installing your launcher won't delete your save files).
Also, I don't think this should be a bug, as it doesn't occur to me and probably many other people. Anyway hope this helps.

If a bee goes inside the hive, you will need to wait. Then the bee goes outside and the honey level increases. Sry for the bad english 😛
Can confirm, but it's somehow logical because the dragon has to go back to the bedrock something before she disappears for various reasons.
