I am having the same Issue however I play on PC and my family plays on PS4 and X-box. We have been playing on my Realms world since the 1.18 update with mostly no issues until the 1.18.30 update. The day of the update we all got disconnected from the server several times and when we would get back on after a few minutes of loading time it would load the last auto save usually about 5 - 10 minutes of game play lost each time. This happened several times that day until just after 12:00 am (PST) we was disconnected and now if we try to play we get disconnected after about a minute or two. I can start a new world on Realms or play by myself without any issues. However we want to play the world we have spent almost 6 months building on my realm.
