Sorry, i should have attached my world that i play on, instead of re-creating my world and then attaching it to this. But I have solved my problem now. I created another version of minecraft and re-added my mods. At the moment there doesn't happen to be any crash from the chest.

I used an unmodded version of minecraft again, re-created my world and i've attached it as a .rar file. So what will i have to do to make them mods work on my world?

I have re-attached another crash report using a vanilla version of minecraft. I still get the crash with the chest.
