I am experiencing anywhere from a 15% to 30% lots in framerate going from Minecraft (Java Edition) 1.21.4 to 1.21.5. The impact was consistent on the two systems I tested with.
Both systems are AMD Ryzen systems; a desktop with an NVidia RTX 2070 and a laptop with an AMD RX 7700S
