Same problem with me - after updating my iPad to MCPE 1.1.1 my previously purchased Chinese Mythology mash up pack is now locked. I tried to restore purchases via the store, and signing in to xbox live, but none of this worked. The mash up pack still works o.k. on my iPhone which is still on v 1.1.0.
